The Law Offices of Jeffrey Sinsheimer, P.C. is a traditional law firm that helps clients form and implement legislative, administrative law and litigation strategies to assist them to meet their goals as the information economy evolves. I have substantive experience in many areas, including broadband, telecommunications, Internet, cable, telecommunications land use, healthcare, energy, infrastructure deployment, universal service, net neutrality, privacy, data protection, cyber security, tax, customer service, professional licensing gambling, constitutional, antitrust, intellectual property, consumer class action and political law.
I have lobbied Congress, the California Legislature and many city councils and boards of supervisors. I have participated in regulatory proceedings at many administrative bodies, including the Federal Communications Commission, the California Public Utilities Commission, and the State Board of Equalization.
